Layering jewelry is the perfect way to add texture and uniqueness to any outfit. I love stacking bracelets and chunky necklaces or a few smaller pieces with each other. Whether you’re in the office, on vacation or just having a laidback weekend, layering is a fun an easy upgrade to your day. Here are some examples of how I layer my pieces.
I enjoy a lot of color in my life, especially orange and green. This simple, natural turquoise piece can be worn by itself or with a few layers of different lengths. Here I added two vintage pieces, Navajo pearls and a vintage fetish turquoise piece. The Bonnie Blue Eye Carnelian necklace is a beautiful statement piece on its own, but can be layered to add color and richness to any stack. The two BBE pieces are also great together and would pair well with a t-shirt and jeans or a simple white button up shirt for work. These pieces are a great example of mixing colors and old with new.
These are all Bonnie Blue Eye pieces and would be great for summer with a bright shirt or sundress. Adding a small gold or silver necklace to the layering is a nice way to dress up the look. Pieces like these are nice to have on hand for a vacation to the beach in the cold winter months or to transition into spring and summer. But, if you’re like me and love color, you would probably wear them all year long! They are simple pieces that can be worn on their own or mixed and matched with other layers.
Natural tones and longer lengths are one of my favorite ways to layer Bonnie Blue Eye. It is subtle and gives a laid back, effortless look. I wear sandalwood almost every day. It gives off most beautiful fragrance and has rich wooden tones. I think it pairs nicely with deeper greens and chrysoprase as well as gold. The color combination compliments each other very well.
The layering possibilities are endless and fun!! If you aren’t sure how to make your layering game work or have questions on what Bonnie Blue Eye pieces might pair well together, please send me an email or dm. I am happy to help!
